Mario of TGL has performed 3 remodeling projects for us. In all cases we are very satisfied with the work he has performed. Our opinion is that Mario goes above and beyond and delivers quality results at a very good cost and he will be our preferred contractor on future upgrades. We have found Mario to be very responsive - much more so than other contractors we have contacted - and a pleasure to work with. He takes time to understand the scope of the project and comes back with a proposal and quotation in a very timely manner. In our experience the finalized quotations were very competitive and we have had no surprises at all about the final cost at all which is very refreshing. Mario also took care of all the materials and dealing with the suppliers which relieves the homeowner of a lot of work and significant headaches. We have used Mario for three different projects. in 2018 he did a partial bathroom remodel. He removed the spa tub and replaced it with a large, tiled double shower, tiled the floor and put roll out shelves where the tiny shower had been. In 2020 He put shelves in our closets, making wasted space useful. This year, he replaced our French Doors and put storm doors on all entrances Mario does excellent work. He is professional and prompt The first time we called him , he was there that day to do an estimate. We have other projects that we want to do in the future and will always have Mario do them. Mr. Mario Bears came out to my property and gave me a great price and completed great work. Eg. He updated my drains to be in code in my master bathroom, replaced my water regular(which would’ve been a head ache for anyone but he handled it like a champ due) despite the previous plumber’s incorrect plumbing methods. He tightened a handle in my shower, fixed both leaking hose bibs and secure a loose tank on my toilet—ALL within a day of my call! I have no complaints.
